Health Plan would like to remind that timely submission of claims and encounters increases the likelihood of timely value-based payments and other applicable incentive program payments.
Please submit claims and encounters for services rendered in 2024 by April 23, 2025, if you have not already done so. Quality measurement data collection windows close in the next two weeks, long before the actual regulatory deadline.
