It’s accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can call HealthReach to ask questions about your symptoms, get health advice, listen to audio health library topics (English or Spanish), and much more!
Who has access to HealthReach? Health Plan of San Joaquin/Mountain Valley Health Plan (“Health Plan”) members have access to HealthReach, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
