The Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC) published the Annual Timely Access Report results for Measurement Year (MY) 2022. The report summarizes provider appointment availability data that health plans submit to the DMHC annually.
We are proud to share that Health Plan is at the top of the charts in meeting timely access standards in California! Thank you for your continued support and work in ensuring our Health Plan members have timely access to care.
Overview of Findings:
- Health Plan was one of two health plans to score the highest for both urgent and non-urgent appointments combined.
- For non-urgent appointments, Health Plan scored the highest.
- For urgent appointments, Health Plan was second runner up.
