Health Plan is proud to announce that we have reached an agreement on new contracts with Dignity Health. The new contracts with Dignity Health hospitals, which includes St. Joseph’s Medical Center and Mercy Medical Center became effective on 9/21/24. The contract with the provider group, Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is still in effect and there is no disruption to member’s care. Members can continue to see their primary care providers (PCP) and receive services from Dignity Health.
In addition to the renewal contracts, we contracted with additional providers in multiple counties to serve our members. Below is a full list of contracted Dignity Health provider entities. Note: (*) indicates the new additional providers.
