Family Day at the Park 2018

Health Plan of San Joaquin(H.P.S.J.) will be participating in Family Day at the Park on Saturday, September 15th from 9:30am to 2:30pm.

H.P.S.J. will be hosting the Healthy Highway area, which will encourage as well as educate you on how to live and maintain a healthy lifestyle!
