Health Plan is dedicated to partnering with our network providers to ensure appropriate access to covered health care services for our members. We appreciate your continuing collaboration as the following hospital contracts are terminating from our network:
- Stanislaus Surgical Hospital – no longer in network effective 5/1/24
- Joseph’s Medical Center – no longer in network effective 7/1/24
- Mercy Medical Center Merced – no longer in network effective 7/1/24
Below are the alternate hospitals available through our contracted network. We encourage you to start referring our members for services at these hospitals.
