The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is hosting a webinar to share details on two new policies that are intended to make it easier for members to be referred to and engage in Enhanced Care Management (ECM) services. The webinar will walk attendees through the newly released ECM Referral Standards and ECM presumptive authorization policy.
